Our 6” banh is decorated with hand piped buttercream flowers and edible 24k gold for decoration. Not all flowers are alike, same goes for our hand piped flowers, which are all unique and special in their own way! (Serves 6-8)
Ingredients:
Vanilla Bean Banh + Berry Chantilly + Vanilla Buttercream: eggs, sugar, water, vanilla bean, vanilla extract, flour, oil, cream cheese, confectioner sugar, baking powder, butter, salt, fresh berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry or raspberry)
Chocolate Banh + Chocolate ganache + Chocolate Buttercream: heavy cream, mayo, eggs, sugar, flour, glucose, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, butter, salt, water
Banh-fetti Banh + Vanilla Buttercream: sprinkles, butter, sugar, oil, eggs, flour, sour cream, greek yogurt, baking powder, buttermilk, salt, vanilla extract
